Automatic Application Machine for PTFE Tape

The Thred Taper machine automatically and precisely applies tape to threaded valves and fittings, while requiring minimum operator skill. The procedure takes about 2 seconds, versus 30 seconds needed to apply tape by hand. The machine uses pneumatic circuits to force the tape deep into the thread root, for a tighter, cleaner wrap, offering a better seal for longer service life. The machine is available in five different models offering both pneumatic and electric utilities as well as single or double wrap machines.
